Software Engineer — Consumer Engagement

The Consumer Engagement team builds the platforms that power those experiences, from the content management system (CMS) and rendering infrastructure to the technologies that determine how Gallup appears in search engines and AI answer engines. As a software engineer on the Consumer Engagement team, you'll modernize the systems that deliver and surface Gallup’s content around the world. You'll build scalable software, design back-end services and solve complex engineering challenges involving performance, CMS architecture and AI-driven search while helping more people discover CliftonStrengths ® , employee engagement and Gallup's other sciences.
