Learning Design Consultant

Design learning that helps leaders grow, coaches thrive and organizations change for the better. As a learning design consultant at Gallup, you'll partner with subject matter experts, researchers and internal stakeholders to transform Gallup's science, behavioral research and expertise into practical, engaging learning experiences. You'll architect learning programs from the ground up, modernize existing offerings and help shape the future of Gallup's leadership, management, coaching and CliftonStrengths ® learning portfolios. This is a role for an experienced learning designer who enjoys solving complex learning challenges, making strategic instructional design decisions and building scalable programs that drive lasting behavior change.
