About the Role Re-Bath is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping operations and help ensure products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This role works closely with multiple departments to coordinate outbound shipments, maintain shipping documentation, support warehouse operations, and assist in directing daily workflow within the shipping department. This is a hands-on position that combines shipping coordination, inventory accuracy, forklift operation, and team support to keep operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure customer and production requirements are met. Create and distribute daily shipping manifests. Collect completed work orders and packing slips from production departments. Coordinate and oversee proper loading and unloading procedures. Prepare bills of lading and schedule freight pickups.
