As a Machine Operator , you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our bathroom remodeling projects. Responsibilities Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines. Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing. Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions. Perform quality checks throughout the production process. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Complete required quality assurance documentation. Perform minor machine maintenance as needed. Communicate scrap, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environm
