About the role   At Blyce, we are expanding our Client Experience department and are looking for a Service Management Expert who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. In this role, you act as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring that our services run smoothly and that customers feel supported, informed, and heard. You work closely with development, deployment, delivery, and service desk teams to coordinate incidents, manage service expectations, monitor SLAs, and continuously improve customer experience.
