Your Challenge as Data Architect Are you ready to shape the future of data at a fast-growing, international technology company? Blyce is looking for a Data Architect to join our Technology/Product team in Curaçao or Medellín. In this foundational role, you will play a central part in establishing a data-first foundation across the organization, designing and governing data models, flows, and access patterns, and mentoring teams toward a data-first mindset. Every day, you will help ensure Blyce operates with structured, scalable, and secure data practices while enabling our teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities Data Architecture & Governance Design and govern data models, data flows, and integration patterns across the organization. Define data ownership, boundaries, responsibilities, and access/security patterns. Establish scalable architectures for analytics, data lakes, and data warehouses. Ensure strong data security, privacy, and governance practices are implemented. Mentorship & Leadership Mentor teams toward a data-first mindset and best practices in architecture.
