You help clients work customer-centrically to optimise services and customer experience—creating holistic value that goes beyond “just beautiful”. You are a strong facilitator, a thoughtful client partner, and someone who can translate insights into opportunities and concepts that teams can implement. What will you do? Map insights and foresight across the customer experience Make complex information transparent and visual across the client organisation Translate insights into opportunities, concepts and solutions Co-create with stakeholders across the client’s business to shape propositions and service concepts Orchestrate backstage processes and frontstage touchpoints for an optimal end-to-end service experience Ensure smooth handover of concepts to UX/UI designers who take them further Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions (content + logistics) Act as a thought partner for the client, bringing curiosity and CX market awareness Inspire colleagues and share knowledge; help advance Essens
