Investor Relations plays a critical role in supporting Lightspeed's engagement with the investor community by developing and maintaining financial models, coordinating with analysts, and effectively communicating the company’s business strategy and financial goals. The role involves close collaboration with senior management, institutional investors, and sell-side analysts, while also working with FP&A, Financial Reporting, and Legal teams at Lightspeed. Key duties include managing the Investor Relations website, preparing presentations for events such as conferences, quarterly reporting, webcasts, and podcasts, and maintaining the consensus estimates model. What you’ll be doing: Interact with equity research analysts to maintain consensus estimates and communicate Lightspeed’s business model and financial goals;Take ownership of the earnings process, be accountable for the IR press release, earnings release, annual report and quarterly projects Interact with senior management and liaison with institutional investors; Track and compare key performance indicators of Lightspeed and comparable publicly traded companies quarterly to measure Lightspeed’s performance relative to those comparable companies; Work closely with cross-functional te
