Senior Growth Marketing Lead

It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to our growing team - our growth marketing team owns the full funnel from first touch through signup, connection, activation, and credit period. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will have the opportunity to manage that funnel as a system. You will shape our organic presence, optimize our website and onboarding flows, help coordinate our paid media plan with an agency, and design experiments that move the metrics that matter: host acquisition, signup conversion, and activation. This is not a channel manager role. It is a full-funnel operator who thinks in growth loops, obsesses over the stories that resonate with their audience, builds in AI-native ways, and ships fast.
