About this role
Lead the design and development of complex electro-mechanical systems for the semiconductor industry. You will oversee all aspects of product realization from concept through full production, managing technical quality, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities include directing the electro-mechanical engineering team, ensuring design robustness and manufacturability, conducting technical reviews and risk assessments, and serving as the primary technical contact with clients. You will guide projects through New Product Introduction and into series production while managing scope, changes, and compliance documentation.
