About this role
Lead consulting projects focused on finance transformation, digital transformation, or performance improvement for mid-market companies, private equity-backed firms, and family businesses. You will manage project delivery, work hands-on with clients on concrete improvements (such as streamlining month-end closing or implementing new systems), mentor junior and experienced team members, and serve as a strategic advisor to CFOs and management teams. The role combines project leadership with direct client engagement and internal team development.
