About this role
Lead complex transformation projects at a mid-market consulting firm focused on finance and digital modernization. You will manage teams, work directly with CFOs and executive leadership, and ensure that strategic initiatives move from planning to execution. Responsibilities include overseeing finance transformation, digital transformation, or performance improvement engagements; developing and mentoring staff; contributing hands-on to project deliverables such as financial reporting improvements and system implementations; and serving as a strategic advisor to clients on organizational change.
