Senior Associate Supply Chain & Logistics, Retail This is a hybrid role to the HelloFresh Headquarters in either NYC or Chicago, IL Factor’s Retail business is scaling from pilot to national expansion. As we grow with Target and develop future accounts across club, grocery, and specialty retail, the team needs strong day-to-day supply chain and logistics support to ensure what we sell can be produced, shipped, received, and executed reliably. We are hiring a Sr. Associate, Supply Chain & Logistics to support Retail operational execution under the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics, Factor New Channels. This person will help coordinate production readiness, logistics follow-through, shipment tracking, retailer DC execution, item setup support, operational issue tracking, and cross-functional communication across Retail, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with operational data, and motivated by making sure the plan actually works in the real world.
