We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies.   ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience to join our Tenant Solutions team in Chicago, IL. As an Assistant Superintendent you will lead site activities from start to finish. You will play a key role in executing interior buildouts, structural framing, finish carpentry, and specialty installations. You will be responsible for supervising self-perform crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and collaborating closely with project managers to deliver exceptional projects that reflect ARCO/Murray's commitment to excellence.   A Day in the Life: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of carpentry tasks from project start to completion Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation Regional travel to projects to be onsite as needed Provide hands-on support for carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and installations, as needed Fit and install prefabricated window frames, doors, doorframes, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and fini
