We are hiring union Security Shift Leads to work at several commercial office buildings in the Chicago Loop. We have all shifts available must have flexibility in scheduling and be able to hold over 4 hours.  Responsibilities: Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift. Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management. Manage a team of security officers, including participating in scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support. Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
