Responsibilities of the Security Support Specialist include, but are not limited to: Greet and assist employees and vendors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression. Monitor emails and phone correspondence to requests and inquiries appropriately. Monitor and manage physical security work order system and fulfill and response appropriately or redirect work order tickets to appropriate service group. Act as a primary resource for employees and vendor physical access badge requests or related questions Management of the employee and visitor badging/ID system/software (creation/termination/data entry/etc.). Respond to incidents including property emergencies. Maintain clear, accurate log
