About this role
Manage payroll administration for over 1,300 employees at Antea Group, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing. Work with multiple employment agreements and collective labor agreements, handling payslips, employment conditions, tax matters, pension reporting, and social insurance. Use AFAS/Profit system to monitor automated workflows, validate data, and intervene when necessary. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and ICT teams to improve processes and build reliable, future-proof payroll systems.
