About this role
Helloprint seeks a Retention Growth Builder to redesign the entire post-purchase customer experience as an integrated system. You will own customer welcome, retention, rewards, and reactivation strategies, working with an AI agent fleet to execute campaigns. The role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, program design, and AI orchestration to increase customer lifetime value and improve repeat purchase rates. You'll design interconnected lifecycle programs—including loyalty tiers, replenishment, win-back, and referral initiatives—rather than isolated campaigns.
