Our Recruitment Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Operations Intern to support our team through Campus Recruitment season. Based in Amsterdam, you will be a key point of contact for candidates and recruiters, keeping our busiest season running smoothly while getting hands-on experience in how a world-class recruitment function operates. This is a 6-month internship for 24–32 hours per week, flexible around your study schedule. The preferred start date is 1 September, with flexibility to begin earlier if you are available. What you'll do As a Recruitment Operations Intern, you will be a key player in our Campus Recruitment efforts. You will have real ownership, with the following as your primary responsibilities: Own the recruitment inbox — manage and respond to candidate inquiries throughout the Campus Recruitment season, ensuring efficient and positive candidate experience. Own the recruitment support channel — action support requests from our Campus Recruiters, keeping the team unblocked and moving. Assist with day-to-day coordination using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) — reviewing assessments and scheduling interviews on an ad hoc basis. Drive continuous improvement through leveling
