Financial Systems Specialist We are looking for a Financial Systems Specialist to join our Global Financial Systems team in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning platform reliability, supporting finance stakeholders, and leveraging AI to improve how financial systems are used across a global business. As the owner of our Coupa and Rossum platforms, you will keep these systems stable, scalable, and well-configured, while also supporting the wider finance systems landscape, including platforms such as NetSuite and Concur. The role is focused on 70% platform ownership and 30% platform support, but it will evolve over time as we automate support workflows and shift more focus toward enhancements and strategic system improvements. You will be the face of the Financial Systems team for many Procurement Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders, helping translate system-related issues into clear actions, keeping users informed, and ensuring our platforms remain stable, scalable, and well-supported.
