About this role
As a project manager for realization, you will lead innovative civil engineering projects with societal impact. You operate at both strategic and tactical levels, converting commercial opportunities into successful project implementations. You are responsible for building and leveraging your professional network to secure new partnerships and complex projects. Throughout project lifecycles—from design through operational phases—you manage finances, contracts, and quality while maintaining close stakeholder relationships. You provide active leadership in technically challenging initiatives and position the organization as a long-term partner.
