About You: Have you created master schedules across diverse construction product types? Do you have a keen eye for detail? We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. ARCO/Murray is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and experienced commercial construction Senior Project Scheduler to join the team! The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, results-driven, and come with a multifaceted background in project scheduling.   A Day in the Life: Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules for active construction projects. Work with the Project Team to help develop schedule structure and layout before detailed scope-based development begins. Track milestones, compare actual progress against the plan, and help identify schedule deviations. Support project teams in coordinating sequencing, manpower timing, and major schedule milestones. Participate in internal scheduling meetings and help keep schedule updates current and accurate. Assist with preparation of monthly schedule reporting and project-specific schedule updates. Help review subcontractor schedules and identify opportunities for improvement or alignment with the overall project schedule. Assist superintendents with 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure field planning aligns with the master project schedule. Travel to job sites as need
