We are looking for a Project Manager based out of our Chicagoland office who will have cradle to end ownership surrounding TI Industrial projects (warehouses, distribution centers, cold storage, etc.) A DAY IN THE LIFE Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget Participate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule Work with Project Superintendent t
