About this role
Lead complex semiconductor development projects from initial customer requirements through delivery. Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage all aspects of project execution including planning, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination. Responsible for profit and loss of assigned projects. Guide projects through a structured development process covering requirements, concept development, detailed design, prototyping, integration, testing, and release. Handle change management and risk mitigation in a dynamic semiconductor environment.
