Our Industrial team builds nationally and boasts an impressive portfolio of completed projects. From day one, you will be given full project management responsibilities on a variety of design/build light- and mid-industrial projects.   The ideal candidate is someone looking to build, sell and interested in growing a team.   A Day in the Life: Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget Participate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule Work with Project Superintendent to develop and review subcontractor scopes of work/contracts,
