The student will need to take the semester off from school or reach out to their career services about their Co-op requirements. At MCC, a Co-op has the opportunity to assist Project Managers with the following: Estimating –  Describing project proposals and assigning dollar values to the projects Scheduling –  Creating a working timeline for subcontractors/trades to complete the project on time Design meetings –  Attend design meetings with owner and team to understand design proposals from structural engineers and architects Buyout –  Send bid instructions, schedule, and drawings to subcontracto
