What You’ll Do Advise senior leaders on a broad range of workplace challenges, drawing on Gallup’s research, analytics and consulting expertise Build deep relationships to influence decision-making at the highest levels of client organizations Lead sessions, roundtable discussions and consultative meetings that help leaders align, decide and act on complex issues Diagnose client needs, architect tailored consulting approaches and guide clients through change with clarity and credibility Identify and grow new opportunities with existing and prospective clients to expand Gallup’s work and impact Represent Gallup with professionalism and authority in client meetings, executive forums and selected external engagements Who We Want
