This role serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders, driving the alignment of people strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. As a strategic partner to the Malaysia business, you will play a critical role in organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and the successful execution of people initiatives.
