Role Summary Scrum Masters enable the implementation of scrum framework and its principles, values, and practices within a squad. The role acts as a servant leader who helps their teams to deliver value incrementally in a collaborative manner. They are aligned to one or two squads.   Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Acts as a servant leader by serving the needs of the Scrum Team, removing obstacles, and empowering team members to take ownership of their work. Promotes continuous improvement by facilitating Sprint Retrospectives, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans. Encourages reflection on processes and supports incremental changes. Continuously develops personal knowledge and skills by engaging with Scrum communities, attending training, obtaining certifications, and seeking feedback.
