We help protect the global financial system by verifying millions of identities for banks, neobanks, online brokers, crypto exchanges, and insurers like N26, Trade Republic, flatexDEGIRO, Nationale Nederlanden, Qonto, Shine, Solarisbank, and more. The role   We're growing fast — and we need someone who can keep our people operations running just as smoothly. As our People Operations Partner in Spain, you'll own the full employee lifecycle, keep us compliant, and make sure every person at Fourthline feels supported from day one.   This isn't a box-ticking role. You'll work autonomously, solve problems before they become issues, and help shape the people experience in a company that's building something meaningful.   What you'll do   Employee lifecycle  — Manage everything from onboarding to offboarding contracts, amendments, probation periods, and all employment documentation.
