Partner Enablement Manager
Datadog is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, activation, and enablement across our APAC partner ecosystem. Working closely with Partner Sales Managers, partner organizations, and the Global Partner Enablement team, you'll help partners build the skills and knowledge needed to successfully position, sell, and support Datadog. Reports to: Manager, Global Partner Programs, Channels & Alliances. Deliver onboarding experiences that accelerate partner productivity. Roll out training, certifications, workshops, webinars, and enablement initiatives. Partner with Partner Sales Managers to identify and activate high-potential partners. Adapt global enablement content and programs for regional needs. Gather partner feedback and recommend program improvements. Track readiness, participation, and activation metrics. Serve as a trusted enablement resource for partners across APAC. Travel across the region to deliver training, workshops, and partner events. Who You Are: 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, training, or related SaaS/technology roles.
