Director, Engineering

Datadog's Tel Aviv engineering site builds across some of our fastest-moving product areas — from Product Analytics, to Universal Service Monitoring, to Security Monitoring, to the Software Delivery tools that help engineers everywhere ship and operate software safely. It's a site with real engineering depth, and we're investing in the on-site senior leadership to match it. We are looking for a Director of Engineering, based in Tel Aviv, to lead a multi-team engineering organization in one of these areas, and help shape the site as it grows. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers and with engineering leaders across Tel Aviv, Paris, and the US to shape the roadmap; grow and develop the team to match the business needs; raise the bar on engineering practices and craft; and play a central role in building the culture of a site we're investing in for the long term.
