We are looking to add a Paralegal to our successful and ever-growing legal team here in St. Louis, Missouri. Successful candidates will be flexible, self-motivated, efficient, detail oriented, and possess superior organizational and communication skills. A DAY IN THE LIFE Assist with drafting and revising agreements including contracts, NDAs, lease documents, estoppel certificates, affidavits, and other transactional documents in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Review, organize, and finalize contracts, exhibits, and related legal documents for execution. Interpret contract provisions and assist in resolving standard contractual questions. Identify and communicate potential legal, operational, and financial risks associated with contract terms or changes. Coordinate communication between Legal, Finance, Project Management, and external vendors to support project execution and maintain strong working relationships. Support training initiatives by organizing legal resources, preparing presentations, and assisting with operational guidance on contract processes and compliance requirements.
