About this role
Lead a team of engineers designing and strengthening dikes across the Netherlands, primarily for the National Flood Protection Program (HWBP). As a design leader and technical manager, you oversee the development of integrated, high-quality design solutions while managing processes, quality, and stakeholder coordination with organizations like Rijkswaterstaat and water boards. You mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, bridge communication between disciplines, and contribute to flood protection initiatives nationwide.
