We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies.   ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Mission Critical team on-site in Sullivan, IN to connect office project management and field superintendent teams while driving effective onsite execution. The ideal candidate can lead subcontractor coordination, monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and communicate clearly with trade partners, owners, architects, and internal teams. You bring a disciplined approach to documentation, QA/QC, inspections, cost reporting, and safety, along with the judgment to make sound decisions under tight deadlines. Most importantly, you take ownership of project outcomes and build trust by delivering quality work safely while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.   A Day in the Life: Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues. Monitor project schedule and report progress between office project management team and field superintendent team. Maintain accurate documentation of field activities. Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners. Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule. Work wit
