That is where you come in. As our Risk Officer, you keep BUX in control of the risks that come with running a fast-growing fintech. You test whether our controls actually work, keep our local policies sharp and up to date, and bring structure to our SIRA and change risk assessments. You translate “what could go wrong” into clear, practical actions the business can act on, without slowing the business down. You will report directly to the Head of Risk . We are looking for a professional with an affinity for investing products, who makes risk transparent, open for discussion and manageable and who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment undergoing significant growth.
