About this role
Manage and maintain Interconnect's internal IT infrastructure across two locations, supporting approximately 130 employees. Responsibilities include overseeing Microsoft 365 and related systems (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, WiFi, telecom), monitoring system performance and security, implementing lifecycle management, providing user support, and onboarding new staff. Document processes and solutions in the company knowledge management system.
What you'll likely bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role such as systems administrator, cloud engineer, or infrastructure specialist
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft products including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server (Active Directory, Certificate Authority, WSUS, Group Policies, NPS), Windows 11, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager or Intune
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically and develop practical solutions
- Willingness to help others and support end users
- Continuous learning mindset and commitment to expanding technical knowledge
- Experience with both end-user systems and server/software infrastructure
