You act as the technical bridge between the local production team in China and our Engineering department at the European headquarters. In addition, you support material localization initiatives to optimize cost, lead times, and supply chain resilience. Your key responsibilities: Provide technical support for bus production at the partner’s factory; Lead on-site validation of solutions and contribute to production process optimization to promote standardization and efficiency Serve as the technical coordinator between the Chinese on-site team and Ebusco Engineering in Europe; synchronize requirements, feedback implementation issues and ensure alignment with European standards. Follow up on technical project implementation at the Xiamen factory and coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve bottlenecks. Conduct research on domestic component suppliers that comply with European requirements and identify suitable localized materials. Collaborate with the supply chain team to introdu
