This role combines strategic oversight with strong hands‑on operational leadership and sets the example in daily operations. You actively lead the day‑to‑day activities, ensure continuity across the supply chain, and take full ownership in resolving disruptions. A key part of the role is close collaboration with international suppliers and teams—particularly in China—to ensure alignment, performance, and effective communication across regions. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Daily management of procurement, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse activities; Prioritizing deliveries, managing shortages, and ensuring production continuity; Hands‑on intervention in case of disruptions (delays, quality issues, shortages), including direct supplier interaction; Leading a team of approximately 20 employees within logistics and warehousing.
