You will be responsible for installation, qualification, and ongoing support of ALD, PEALD, CVD, PECVD, and EPI tools, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee spare parts operations, manage financial performance across service and spares, and lead a team of Field Service Engineers.
