Position Summary The Supply Chain Planner – Customer Engagement & Engineering serves as the key link between customers, engineering teams, operations, and supply chain functions to ensure material availability, demand fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for demand planning, inventory optimization, supply risk management, and customer engagement activities while collaborating closely with engineering teams on product changes, new product introductions (NPI), and technical supply chain requirements.
