FEQ427R546 You will build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs) responsible for the post-sales success of Databricks' customers. This is one of the most consequential delivery leadership roles in the company. The customers in your portfolio and your team's work directly determine how quickly Data and AI transform how they do business. As a DSA Manager, you set the technical strategy across your portfolio, decide where to invest your team's capacity, and partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and our Systems Integrator ecosystem to move use cases from kickoff to production. You are a hands-on technical sponsor and trusted advisor to a select group of customers, including their C-suite. You build the systems, operating cadences, and playbooks that make your team and the broader DSA practice sharper over time. The DSAs you lead are senior technical talent, drawn from principal-level solution architecture, top-tier consulting, or senior engineering backgrounds.
