Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Optimization Conduct comprehensive analysis of equipment breakdowns Correlate findings with existing preventive maintenance protocols to systematically reduce Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and enhance operational reliability. Machine Tolerance Assessment: Evaluate Machine Tolerance Check (MTC) trend data to identify critical component vulnerabilities Implement targeted reinforcement measures to strengthen equipment robustness and performance consistency. Spare Parts Strategy: Analyze high-consumption spare parts inventory to develop strategies for extending component lifespan or identifying cost-effective alternatives
