Key Responsibilities: Lead complex Product industrialization related projects focused on: Platform industrialization, Efficiency, RnD plant collaboration. Lead and oversee complex tire transfer projects between production plants, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining alignment with local toolbox requirements and consolidation partner objectives Direct the planning and validation of experimental tire orders (ETO) in close collaboration with plant operations, establishing quality benchmarks and driving corrective actions for any deviations Implementation of Release Notes (RN), ensuring accurate product release and adherence to Start of Production (SOP) timelines across all stakeholder groups Drive continuous process optimization initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of product transfer operations Direct cross-functional collaboration with Quality Management, Production, and Product Industrialization teams to translate improvement guidelines into measurable operational outcomes Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Own quality goal realiz
