As an interim Legal Counsel for the stabilized logistics portfolio in Germany your primary objective is to support the inhouse AM legal counsel 2 [to be fixed] days per week for an initial period of 6 months with a set of legal matters relating to Goodman’s stabilized logistics assets in Germany   More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to: Negotiate, draft and review a set of agreements, including facility management agreements, brokerage agreements, consulting agreements and service/framework agreements (e.g. snow removal and other services). Review and manage legal correspondence with customers and service providers, including payment demands, claims for damages, notices of termination, the exercise of options, exchange of guarantees, lease-related service charges and indexation discussions, as well as other legal correspondence and warranty bond matters. Advise on general legal issues arising internally or raised by customers and service providers, including the interpretation of legal clauses (e.g. relating to terms and deadlines, required landlord consent, service charges, late payment fees and indexation topics).
