Role overview The HR operations and development specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth, consistent, and efficient delivery of core HR processes and programs, including onboarding and learning & development initiatives. The role supports a high-quality employee experience through strong coordination, process follow-up and continuous improvement of HR practices.
