Learning & Development Associate (Airport Operations)

As a Learning & Development Associate, you'll support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that strengthen CLEAR’s frontline and leadership performance. This role blends administrative precision, instructional design, and facilitation skills to ensure consistent learning experiences across our airport locations. Acting as a connector between field teams, program managers, and content developers, you'll ensure learning initiatives are organized, accessible, and impactful. You'll also organize complex information and translates it into clear, practical, and engaging learning that employees and leaders can understand and apply.   What you'll do: Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, gathering learner feedback to continuously improve programs Adapt facilitation based on the audience and check for learner understanding Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, LMS assignments, calendars, attendance tracking, and certification records Manage timelines and use learner and stakeholder feedback to i
