The Director, Operations – Real Estate (West) is responsible for defining and driving the operational strategy for CLEAR's airport infrastructure portfolio. This leader will oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and cross-functional execution across airport development initiatives, ensuring investments are prioritized, resources are aligned, and projects are delivered to support CLEAR's long-term growth strategy.   What you'll do: Own the strategy, governance, and execution of CLEAR's airport infrastructure and real estate portfolio across assigned regions, ensuring investments align with business priorities, operational needs, and long-term growth objectives Lead portfolio planning and capital allocation by overseeing the Leasehold Improvement Request (LIR) process, establishing investment priorities, and driving executive alignment on funding, sequencing, and resource allocation Establish portfolio management standards, governance frameworks, reporting, and performance metrics that provide executive visibility into project health
