Your work As Lead Work Preparator at IQIP, you are responsible for managing and coordinating all preparatory activities for the manufacturing and assembly of our high-end offshore equipment. You lead a team of work preparators and act as the key link between engineering, production, and project management. Your role ensures that all required materials, drawings, documentation, and planning are ready on time to guarantee an efficient and high-quality production process.
