About this role
Lead the preparation and coordination of complex offshore equipment manufacturing projects at IQIP Eindhoven. Manage a team of work preparators, translate technical specifications into actionable work instructions, and ensure materials, tools, and documentation are available to support efficient production. Act as the bridge between engineering, production, and project management teams to deliver high-quality results for offshore wind, civil, oil & gas, and decommissioning projects.
