About this role
Join IQIP as a Specialist Industrial Design Engineer to transform early-stage concepts into functional prototypes and proven technologies. You will guide innovations through the initial phases of technology development (TRL 1–3), combining hands-on engineering with project management. Work across product development, prototyping, 3D modelling, sensor technology, materials science, hydraulics, and digital technologies. Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to deliver solutions for offshore and onshore installation projects.
What you'll likely bring
